Overview

The 184 Rig starting custom block is a configurable functional-training structure from Panatta's Dynamic Functional Cage line, built to anchor a full-body training zone. As a rig, it supplies the vertical uprights and horizontal framework that turn open floor into stations for pulling, pressing, suspension, and bodyweight work — the movements that drive total-body conditioning across the abdominals, glutes, lats, quads, shoulders, and the rest of the chain.

This starting block occupies roughly 10 square meters of floor and weighs about 480 kg, giving it the mass and stability that commercial-grade steel demands for continuous group use. Because the final layout depends on the elements installed, its exact dimensions vary with the build.
