We start with your floor plan, budget, member profile, and training style. Working from CAD drawings or a walk-through, we map traffic flow, zone the room for strength, cardio, and functional training, and build a layout that maximizes usable square footage without crowding.
Equipment Selection & Custom Design
From Panatta's 655+ product catalog we spec the exact mix your facility needs — down to custom frame colors, upholstery, and dual-tone finishes that carry your brand. You see the full package list before anything is ordered.
Sourcing from Panatta, Italy
As the authorized U.S. dealer, we place your order factory-direct with Panatta in Apiro, Italy. No brokers, no grey-market equipment. Every machine is built to order and quality-checked before it ships.
Logistics & White-Glove Delivery
We coordinate freight, customs, and last-mile delivery to your door — including ocean-freight scheduling for Hawaii. Equipment arrives on your timeline, uncrated, and staged for placement.
Professional Installation
Our team assembles, positions, levels, and tests every machine on-site. Cables tensioned, weight stacks verified, moving parts checked. We don't leave until the floor is ready to train on.
Ongoing Support & Warranty
One point of contact after launch. We coordinate Panatta's manufacturer warranty in the U.S., source parts, and support your team as the facility scales. Your buildout doesn't end at delivery.

Does Apex Motion USA handle the entire gym buildout, or just supply equipment?
We manage the full project end to end — space planning, equipment selection and custom design, factory-direct sourcing from Panatta, delivery, and professional installation. You have one point of contact from the first consultation to the day your floor is ready to train on.
What areas do you build in?
We serve California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, New Mexico, and Hawaii, with our headquarters in Long Beach, California. We coordinate freight and installation across all six states, including ocean-freight logistics for Hawaii. Inquiries from other states are welcome.
How much does a full gym buildout cost?
Every buildout is quoted to your specific square footage, equipment mix, quantity, and delivery needs — there is no published package price. Tell us about your facility and we will build a detailed custom quote with delivery and installation included.
Can the equipment be customized to match our brand?
Yes. Most Panatta lines offer custom frame colors, upholstery, and dual-tone finishes, and custom RAL colors and embroidered logos are available. Your equipment reinforces your brand rather than a generic manufacturer look.
How long does a buildout take?
Timelines depend on the equipment. Standard items typically ship in 4–8 weeks and custom configurations in 10–12 weeks. Installation is scheduled around your delivery. You receive exact timelines with your quote.
