Panatta Warranty
Every Panatta machine supplied by Apex Motion USA is backed by Panatta S.r.l.’s manufacturer warranty against material and manufacturing defects — with claims coordinated and supported here in the United States by Apex Motion USA. Coverage begins on the date your equipment is delivered and applies under normal conditions of use and operation.

Values are warranty periods in years. “—” indicates the component is not applicable to that product line or is not covered as a separate item. “Structure corrosion” means internal corrosion within the structure that emerges across large areas of the same structure — it does not include surface corrosion, or corrosion caused by contact with metal parts, salt water, or salt spray/mist.
What’s Covered
Under normal conditions of use and operation, Panatta warrants that the equipment is free from material and manufacturing defects for the periods shown above — by component and product line, beginning on the delivery date.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage from improper use or maintenance, or use that does not follow Panatta’s instructions, guidelines, or approved documentation
- Damage to electronic equipment from power surges, nearby magnetic fields, humid environments, or environments with marked temperature changes
- Parts subject to normal wear and tear, and materials that physiologically deteriorate over time
- Surface corrosion, or corrosion caused by metal parts, salt water, or salt-water spray/mist
- Damage from improper installation, storage, or handling
- Equipment from the “used” line, which carries no warranty
How to File a Claim
- Inspect on delivery. Examine your equipment carefully when it arrives. Any visible defect or transport damage must be noted on the delivery/transport document at the time of receipt.
- Report hidden defects promptly. Defects not identifiable at delivery must be reported in writing within 8 days of discovery (registered or certified mail is recommended).
- We coordinate with Panatta. Contact Apex Motion USA and we open and manage the claim with Panatta on your behalf — including phone and online technical support.
- Repair or replacement. For a verified defect, Panatta provides replacement parts or repairs the equipment. Panatta maintains availability of replacement components for up to 2 years after production of those components ends.
Terms & Limitations
- Replacement parts supplied under warranty are covered for 6 months and do not extend the original warranty period.
- For warranty replacements, the customer is responsible for transportation, transfer, and labor costs.
- If you resell or transfer the equipment, Panatta must be notified in writing so the goods can be traced and the warranty maintained — without notice, the warranty expires automatically.
- This warranty covers the equipment only. It does not cover injury to people, or damage to property or animals resulting from improper use or insufficient maintenance.
- If a warranty visit is requested and the issue is found to fall outside warranty coverage, the customer is responsible for parts, labor, and travel costs.
