Overview
The Dips Module adds a dedicated parallel-bar dip station to a Panatta DFC rig, training the chest, triceps, and front deltoids through a full pressing range at bodyweight. Bolted to the structure, it turns open rig space into a spot for dips, straight-bar support holds, and slow negatives without a separate freestanding tower.
