The Multi-Grip Crossbar is a pull-up bar for the Panatta DFC (Diamond Functional Cage) that offers several hand positions on one element — wide, neutral, and close. Users can rotate through pronated, neutral, and angled grips to work the back, lats, and arms from different lines of pull, which keeps high-volume pulling sessions varied and reduces repetitive strain on the wrists and shoulders.
