Overview

The Ab Bench Module adds a dedicated core station to a DFC Outdoor structure, built on the basic strut plus an abdominal bench and supplied with the 7KT5, 7KT6, and 7KT7 screw kits. Its upper section carries both knee-stop supports for torso-lifting crunches and handles for leg-raise work, so a single module trains the core from two directions. The backrest is drilled to drain water, keeping it usable after rain, and adjusts across seven positions to fit different users.

Made in Italy from commercial-grade steel for continuous outdoor use, it suits parks, tactical and functional-training zones, schools, and municipal fitness areas adding core work to an outdoor rig.
