Overview
The Competition Bumper is a polyurethane plate built for Olympic weightlifting on a commercial platform. It fits any standard Olympic barbell and absorbs repeated drops without deforming, which makes it the plate of choice for floors that see heavy snatch and clean-and-jerk volume. Because it is a competition-grade plate, the profile runs thinner than a training bumper, letting you fit more weight per sleeve during max-effort work.
The plate carries a steel central ring just over 50 mm in diameter, keeping loading and unloading smooth and protecting the barbell sleeve over years of hard use. The wear- and impact-resistant construction is Made in Italy by Panatta, well suited to weightlifting clubs, CrossFit boxes, and any platform hosting sanctioned meets or high-frequency competition training.
