The Skip Rope is a speed rope built for fast, repeated rotation, from double-unders to footwork drills and conditioning intervals. Aluminium handles pair with a rubber-coated steel cable, and a joint at the cable attachment point lets the rope spin freely at high speed without binding.
The cable runs 3 metres and adjusts to the athlete's height, so it fits a range of users in a shared setting; a lifter around 1.75 metres tall, for instance, typically sets it near 2.30 metres. That adjustability plus the durable steel-and-rubber build make it well suited to CrossFit boxes and group-training rooms where the same rope passes through many hands.
