The Wall Ball is a soft-shell training ball built for dynamic throwing and catching work, most notably the wall-ball squat-to-throw that pairs a full squat with an overhead toss. It trains explosive power through the hips and shoulders in one continuous movement, and its soft surface lets athletes catch it safely rep after rep.
