The Panatta Alternate Arm Curl 120 trains the elbow flexors with the shoulder flexed to 120 degrees, a position that shortens both ends of the biceps brachii and shifts the emphasis onto the underlying brachial flexor. Independent arms let each side work on its own, so lifters can even out development or load bilaterally as the program calls for it.
