The Fit Evo Chin and Dip pairs vertical pulling with dips in one upright frame, so a lifter can train pull-ups and chin-ups alongside the elbow-flexion work of a dip station. Adjustable parallel and vertical grip handles let the hands shift between neutral, wide, and close positions to bias the lats, biceps, and chest, and a retractable close chinning bar opens up further grips.

The station has a 135 by 125 cm footprint, stands 265 cm tall, and weighs 135 kg for a stable base under full bodyweight loading.
