Overview
The Panatta High Row Convergent trains the entire back through a converging high-to-mid pulling angle, activating the latissimus dorsi, teres major, rhomboids, and trapezius in one coordinated movement. The converging path lets the arms finish closer together than a fixed bar allows, which deepens the contraction across the mid-back.
Built for real training floors, it offers a height-adjustable seat, knee-stop rollers with an additional height-adjustable chest rest to brace the torso, and independent levers for unilateral or bilateral work. The 100 kg stack upgrades to 120 kg, on a 115 × 160 cm footprint at 265 kg of planted, commercial-grade steel.
