Overview

The Fit Evo Military Bench is a dedicated overhead-pressing station built for developing the deltoids under heavy barbell work with maximum safety. Height-adjustable back supports for the barbell, fixed front supports, and height-adjustable safety stoppers let a lifter set the lift-off and catch points precisely, so pressing close to failure stays safe. A height-adjustable seat and a rear support platform round out the setup for a strict, well-braced press.

The bench occupies a 150 by 125 cm footprint, stands 190 cm tall, weighs 110 kg, and carries a 400 kg load rating, with six additional standard weight holders that keep plates at hand.
