The Panatta Pullover Machine trains the lats, teres major, and lower pecs through the pullover arc — an arm-fixed movement that opens the ribcage and drives shoulder extension against resistance. A counterbalanced cam keeps the load matched to the strength curve so tension stays honest from the deep stretch through to full contraction, and a large multi-grip handle lets lifters set a hand position that tracks their shoulders.
The frame measures 140 cm wide by 150 cm deep and 160 cm tall, weighs 235 kg, and runs an 80 kg stack upgradeable to 100 kg.
