Overview
The Fit Evo Squat Rack is a free-weight squatting platform built around heavy barbell work, with an integrated bench and multi-chinning bars that fold lower-body pressing and vertical pulling into one station. Height-adjustable barbell supports let a lifter set the lift-off to their exact stance, and matching height-adjustable safety hooks catch the bar at the bottom, so working near-max stays controlled even without a spotter.
The frame occupies a 155 by 150 cm footprint, stands 230 cm tall, and weighs 145 kg, giving it the mass to stay planted through explosive reps.
