Overview

The Panatta Stretching Extensor Bench targets the body's rear muscle chain — the posterior line running through the hamstrings, glutes, and back. It gives users a dedicated station to work into extension and lengthen those muscles under control, an area most commercial floors handle poorly, which makes it a useful complement to a strength or recovery program.

The bench includes a double large multi-grip handle so users can find the hand position that suits the stretch, an adjustable seat to fit different body sizes and target angles, and a wheeled handling system that makes the unit easy to reposition on the floor.
