The Jammer is a plate-loaded, ground-based station built for explosive, full-body pushing, driving force from the legs and core up through the chest, shoulders, and arms. Its independent levers let athletes press one arm at a time or both together, training unilateral power and rotational drive as well as straight bilateral thrust, while a wide radius of rotation lets the movement travel through a natural, athletic path.
