Overview
The Panatta Super High Row trains the upper and mid-back through a high rowing angle that fires the latissimus dorsi, teres major, rhomboids, and trapezius together. Independent levers let each arm row on its own, so lifters can correct left-to-right strength gaps or load both sides for heavier bilateral pulls, while the height-adjustable setup keeps the pulling line correct for every user.
Built in Italy from commercial-grade steel, the machine occupies a 150 by 200 cm footprint, stands 215 cm tall, and weighs 315 kg for stability under heavy continuous use.
