The Panatta Super Rowing develops thickness across the mid-back and trapezius, working the upper, middle, and lower trap fibers along with the surrounding back muscles. Independent levers let each side row separately for imbalance correction or together for heavy bilateral pulls, and the gas-assisted, height-adjustable setup keeps the pulling angle right for each user.
