Overview

The Multi Hip isolates the muscles around the hip joint one leg at a time, training the adductors, abductors, and glutes through a single-leg pattern that exposes and corrects side-to-side strength gaps. The rotating movement center adjusts for height with gas assistance, the thrust roller repositions to the working leg, and the starting angle sets the range of motion, so one station serves clean adduction, abduction, and hip-extension work. A CAM shapes resistance to the strength curve for a natural feel through the stroke, and a counterbalance trims the empty starting weight so lighter athletes can load the movement accurately.

The Monolith frame stands on a 165 by 160 cm footprint at 165 cm tall and weighs 340 kg, with an 80 kg weight stack that upgrades to 100 kg. It suits commercial gyms, performance centers, and rehab-minded facilities that program dedicated hip and glute work as its own station rather than an afterthought.
