3D Abductor

Overview

The 3D Abductor works the hip through three coordinated motions at once — abduction, extension, and external rotation — mirroring the real function of the posterior fibers of the gluteus medius and minimus. Where a standard abductor machine only spreads the legs against resistance, this station trains the glutes the way they actually stabilize and drive the hip, making it useful for both strength and athletic-movement quality.

The machine spans 150 by 205 cm and stands 165 cm tall, weighing 265 kg of commercial-grade steel from Panatta's Original line and built for heavy, repeated use. Its multi-plane glute work suits performance and sports-training facilities, physical-therapy clinics, and commercial gyms that want a more complete hip station than a basic abductor.
