Overview
The Alternate Supinating Biceps develops the full complex of elbow flexors — biceps brachii, brachialis, and brachioradialis — with a lever system that guides the wrist into supination as the arm curls. Because the biceps both flexes and supinates, letting the wrist rotate through the rep recruits the muscle across both of its jobs, and the alternating arms train each side independently to correct differences between limbs.
