The Preacher Curl Bench is the first and original preacher station in the fitness market, built to isolate the biceps by bracing the upper arms against an angled pad. Fixing the elbows on the pad removes body English and momentum, forcing the biceps to do the work through a strict curl and holding constant tension across the movement.
