The Super Peck Back is a dual-function machine that works both the rear and front of the shoulder girdle on one frame. In the reverse-fly setting it isolates the posterior deltoid and pulls in the lower trapezius, building the often-neglected back of the shoulder; in the pec setting it targets the central fibers of the pectoralis major through a controlled adduction. Running both movements on a single station keeps opposing muscle groups balanced within one footprint.
