Overview
The Viking Press Handle opens a landmine-style pressing and pulling path on a Panatta DFC rig, adding upper- and lower-body movement variety through a neutral, semi-fixed arc. Because the handle pivots on a joint rather than a free bar, pressing and rowing patterns stay guided — useful for high-throughput group settings and mixed-ability training.
To run, it needs the Power Joint Module (SKU 1BC100) and a barbell, both purchased separately, and it fits only the barbell version with a 50 mm loading diameter. It suits functional gyms and performance facilities that want guided landmine work built into an existing DFC footprint.
