The Crossfunctional Sled is built for pushing, pulling, and dragging work — the loaded locomotion that develops full-body power and conditioning. Double vertical handgrips let an athlete reverse the direction of thrust or pull quickly, and double horizontal handgrips set on two levels open up high and low pushing angles.
