The DFC 184 Rig is a fixed functional-training frame built to anchor a full station of rack-based and bodyweight work — pull-ups, band and suspension movements, barbell storage, and station-to-station circuits — on a single structure that stays put under load. The rack-heavy design carries the DFC signature: exposed uprights and cross-members that give athletes clean lines to grip, hang, and pull against.
The frame is welded from 80x80x3mm and 80x40x3mm structural steel with 8mm plate at the connection points, and the frame is guaranteed for 7 years.
