Overview
Microloads are small steel fractional plates that let lifters add weight in increments too fine for standard plates. They are the tool for driving slow, steady progression on pressing and pulling movements where a full jump would stall the lift.
Each plate is finished with a high-quality rubber outer coating to protect floors and bar sleeves. The defining feature is a non-slip inner ring, 50 mm in diameter, that grips the barbell so the plates stay seated during the lift without needing additional collars, a small detail that speeds up loading and keeps micro-progression sessions moving.
