Overview
The Panatta Hip Thrust reproduces the barbell hip-extension pattern on a guided path, driving strong gluteus maximus activation while the bent-knee position limits hamstring involvement and keeps the focus on the glutes. The reclining backrest follows the body through the movement, and the large push platform is height-adjustable (optional) to change the joint range of motion for taller or shorter lifters.
On the Fit Evo frame, it carries a 100 kg standard weight stack, upgradeable to 120 kg, selected by magnetic pin behind a clear polycarbonate guard with an exercise chart.
