The Standing Multi Flight trains the deltoids, pectorals, and dorsals from a standing position, working the pressing and flye patterns through a natural upright line rather than a seated one. A load cam adjusts the resistance curve so tension adapts naturally through the movement, and the rotation centers adjust in height on a counterbalanced, gas-assisted carriage, letting the machine fit lifters of different sizes and set a precise starting angle for each exercise.
