The Military Bench is a dedicated shoulder-pressing station built to hold the lifter in correct alignment for deltoid training. The upright back support positions the torso so the press tracks cleanly overhead, keeping the shoulder joint in a safe path and directing load onto the deltoids rather than into the lower back.
