Overview
The Panatta Alternate Preacher Curl Machine recreates the dumbbell spider curl on a fixed path, using CAMs that hold ideal tension across the whole joint range and drive a strong peak contraction at the top of each rep. Two independent sides let lifters curl one arm at a time to correct imbalances or load both for heavier bilateral sets, with the upper arms braced against a chest rest that keeps them fixed.
The machine is 155 cm wide, 130 cm deep, and 190 cm tall, weighs 280 kg, and carries a double 60 + 60 kg stack upgradeable to 80 + 80 kg, one stack per side.
