The Panatta Olympic Shoulder Bench is an upright barbell pressing station for overhead work, seating the lifter vertically to train the deltoids and upper back through the shoulder press. Integrated barbell supports in three positions let lifters match the un-rack height to their reach, and additional disk holders keep plates organized at the station.
